Zinc aluminum magnesium steel plate (ZAM)The coating is made of zinc (Zn). Aluminum (AI). 1. Strong corrosion resistance:Alloy components such as Al, Mg and Si are added to the coating of zinc-aluminum-magnesium steel sheet to further improve the control effect of coating erosion. Compared with general galvanized products, less coating adhesion can achieve better corrosion resistance. Under the premise of the same coating, the corrosion resistance of zinc-aluminum-magnesium steel sheet is 5-10 times that of general hot-dip galvanized steel sheet.

2. Wonderful self-healing:The coating composition around the cutting surface of the zinc-aluminum-magnesium steel plate is also continuously mixed, resulting in a high-density protective film mainly composed of zinc hydroxide, partial alkali magnesium chloride and aluminum hydroxide. The conductivity of this kind of protective film is relatively low, and it has obvious practical effect on inhibiting the etching of the cutting surface.

3. Green performance:The surface solution of zinc-aluminum-magnesium steel plate does not 3. metal ions such as hexavalent chromium, which conforms to the RoHS specification of EU countries and is currently recognized as a green environmental protection product in the world.

4.
