Due to good wear resistance and scratch resistance, SMP silicon modified polyester color coated sheet is mainly used in mines, steel mills and other fields. Since the adhesion and processability of silicon-modified polyester are not ideal, it is not suitable for multiple molding processing occasions.
Because the polyester contains the active group-OH/-COOH, it is very easy to react with other polymer compounds, and the light resistance and powder resistance of the polyester are improved. After the improved polyester is coated on the steel plate, the hardness, wear resistance and heat resistance of the coating film are improved, and the silicon modified polyester color coated plate has good external durability and non-chalking.
